In order to have the PCCLA facilitate the appointment of an Attorney Guardian ad Litem for your case, you will need a Court Order that directs the PCCLA to do so. The PCCLA prefers a Bench Order signed by the Judge so that the appointment can be expeditiously facilitated. There is an example Bench Order, below, which you can download for the Judge's signature. You can also have the PCCLA appointed via Temporary Order or Consent Order. Once the Order has been signed and filed, please email a copy of the Order to: Admin@PalmettoCenter.org
